About this course

Eat your way through a detox and clean your body. This will be a 2 week guided detox with foods to eat. I will share recipes, daily plans, detox tools, group shares and in between session support. The kickstart session will touch upon why we need to detox in spring, what we achieve, how to detox with whole foods, cooking at home, easy and quick recipes. The second session will be a group share and the third will touch upon our findings and challenges, and learning new things about our body-how food controls us.
